Spain Visa MCP Server: Use My Spain Visa in Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor
Ask your AI assistant about Spanish visas and it answers with our numbers instead of guessing. The My Spain Visa MCP server is free, needs no account and works with any assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Server URL: https://myspainvisa.com/api/mcp
What the Spain visa MCP server can do
- Spain visa requirements for 2026: income figures for you and your family, work rights, where to apply, key documents and legal deadlines for the Non-Lucrative Visa, the Digital Nomad Visa, the student visa and the family routes.
- Schengen 90/180 calculator: the same calculation as our 90-day rule calculator. Give it your trips and it tells you the days used, the days left and the next date you can come back.
- Consulate processing times: how long the Spanish consulates in the US and the UK took to decide our own clients’ applications from January 2025 to October 2026, next to the wait each consulate publishes.
- Which visa fits you: a quick first look from a few answers (why you are moving, income, family).
- Free personal assessment by email: if you want it, the assistant can send us your details and you get an email put together automatically from your answers and our own figures, signed by our immigration lawyer Lucia. It covers the route that looks like the best fit, the document checklist for your consulate, a realistic timeline and the usual reasons files get refused. If you reply, Lucia reads it and answers.
- Talk to a lawyer: the assistant can pass your request to our team, and you can continue on WhatsApp with a reference.

The general tools do not ask for your name or contact details, and we do not keep what you type into them. The assessment and the lawyer request only run when you give your name and email and say yes to being contacted. The assistant has to show you our privacy notice first, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. The details of what we keep and for how long are in our privacy policy.
Where the numbers come from
Visa figures come from the BOE: the 2026 IPREM of 600 euros a month and the 2026 minimum wage set by Royal Decree 126/2026. Processing times come from our own cases, explained in our consulate processing time study. Everything the server returns is general information, not legal advice.
